VOW Media participated in the International Day of the Victims of Enforced Disappearances organized by NEFAD (National Network of Families of Disappeared and Missing Nepal), Mandala Theatre-Nepal and various artists, musicians and human rights defenders. A short documentary film called “Memories (स्‍मृतिहरु)” was screened by VOW Media in the program. This film was made to archive and remember the ones who were disappeared during Nepal’s 10 year long people’s war. Within the premises of Mandala Theatre there was a mural painted by Martin Travers, some art-installations, a memory quilt by the community of Bardiya, a photography exhibition, an info-stall, a Sarangi-performance and poetry. In the evening a play named ‘Adha Satya (आधा सत्य)’ was performed to a packed hall.
