This session on her book, “Smart Adhya,” will address the important topic of menstruation and puberty and aims to foster healthy conversations about growing up, build confidence, and create a supportive learning environment for all. We believe that understanding this natural process is essential for all young people to build a culture of empathy, dignity, and mutual respect.
